- Lead development and execution of alignment programs to standardize BKMs, improve efficiency, and elevate manufacturing performance
- Drive improvements in tool utilization, idle tool shutdown practices, POR–MOR gap closure, and global BKM deployment
- Coordinate ESTA activities, recipe alignment, mismatch reduction, and defect improvement across technologies
- Align PM procedures, qualifications, scrap‑reduction efforts, and recurrence‑prevention practices
- Partner with global teams to define standards, implement improvements, and track progress to leadership
- 5+ years’ experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in CMP or Photo
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools
- Experience coordinating or leading area teams
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Experience driving global alignment or multi‑site standardization
- Background in TPM core team participation
- Demonstrated success in tool utilization optimization or recipe alignment efforts
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience developing technical training or talent‑development programs
