As the GTM Systems Product Manager, you will work closely with leaders and partners across the company to form and deliver the roadmap aligned with our best practices and to meet our long-term goals.  You will lead roadmap, scoping, and planning efforts for our implementation of Salesforce and related products. You will work closely with the sales organization, sales ops leaders and stakeholders across lines of business to define and shape ideas for business transformation projects into actionable plans aligned with best practices and long term goals. You will report to the Director, IT Product Specialist, GTM Systems as part of the CIO's organization and work with our leadership and business partners. 

The impact you will have:

  • You will develop a strong understanding of our Salesforce environment and review the project pipeline
  • You will help build an amazing field experience to drive our consumption business leveraging AI powered tools
  • You will build strong relationships with our internal team and business partners
  • You will meet with our business partners and business analysts to define and improve project scope and success criteria

What we look for:

  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience with a proven track record engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with different components in the CRM systems for consumption based pricing
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM: territory management, sales planning, sales performance management, opportunity management, sales forecasting, partner relationship management, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of consumption based business models
  • Experience with building GenAI tools that drive user productivity
    CRM
  • You will work cross functionally with stakeholders across Sales Development, Channel, Field and Field Engineering to understand the functional needs and create/drive a capability roadmap for execution and ensure that the IT product is adopted by the business teams.
    Communication
  • You will interact with senior leadership (VP and above) in the Sales Ops organization and in building trust and partnership to drive a capabilities roadmap needed and communicating status updates on the various programs in progress.
    Subject Matter Knowledge
  • You will be responsible for an outreach to the customer base internal sales folks to understand their friction points in working with the CRM system, developing a POV for a roadmap to address that, influencing the business to that POV, grooming the product backlog, defining user stories, interacting with the developers in IT to get the roadmap executed upon, and be the product owner for the agile scrum team responsible for the delivery of these capabilities.
  • A product mindset to analyze business requirements and develop strong questions that will allow us to refine scope and measure the definition success
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and common go to market and finance business processes
  • Strong knowledge of consumption based business models
  • Strong understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner
  • Strong domain expertise working with teams across organizations with stellar track record of success
  • Strong market-analytics skills
  • Strong data and metrics skills to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $159,000$243,700 USD
