The Agentic Applications team’s mission is to harness the power of Agentic AI to transform Robinhood’s products and internal tools. We work at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, reimagining user experiences with AI-first product features. Our work is fast-paced, experimental, and highly cross-functional—collaborating closely with Design, Product, AI Engineering, and senior leadership.
As a Staff iOS Engineer on the Agentic Applications team, you’ll play a critical role in prototyping and building innovative AI experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible on mobile. You’ll be a key contributor in bringing Robinhood’s AI vision to life, from shaping compelling demos for high-visibility moments (like the Hood Summit and board presentations) to scaling prototypes into production-ready features.

What you’ll do- Design and build sophisticated iOS prototypes that showcase Robinhood’s AI capabilities for executive presentations and public events
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and AI engineers—to rapidly iterate on ideas and concepts
- Lead technical execution for AI-first mobile features, from demo to production
- Incorporate Agentic AI models into product experiences while prioritizing safety, usefulness, and user delight
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership within the team, setting a high bar for engineering excellence
- Deep expertise in iOS development, with a track record of shipping complex and polished mobile products
- Experience building high-quality, high-impact prototypes from scratch, including visual polish and performance optimization
- Strong product intuition and a user-centered mindset, with the ability to translate ambiguous ideas into compelling mobile experiences
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in high-stakes contexts with executives or external audiences

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
