We are looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs in the development of robotics and new technologies.

Position Summary:
As a Staff Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of engineering programs focused on robotics and O&M technologies. You will work closely with product management, hardware and firmware engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for robotics products.

  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

  • Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.

  • Ensure compliance with grid interconnection standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive design reviews, validation testing, and product release milestones.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering program management, with at least 3 years focused on robotics.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex hardware/software products from concept to production.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with utility-scale solar or renewable energy systems.

  • Experience working with global teams and suppliers.

The annual salary range for this position is Pay Range (Applicable to California) $180,000.00 - $195,000.00, dependent on level of experience.
