Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and address systemic issues impacting equipment manufacturing availability, tool utilization, and cycle time.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build clear and transparent metrics, establish performance targets, and communicate goals to stakeholders.
- Innovate by researching, crafting, and deploying new operational management techniques and AI manufacturing solutions.
- Coordinate Fab-wide long-term business processes and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic operational plans.
- Drive a culture of safety by requiring and modeling safe behaviors, completing safety training, and conducting audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of front-end semiconductor manufacturing experience and demonstrated experience influencing cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to establish both immediate and future goals and guide groups and execute a strategy to achieve business outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of Fab MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems with proven drive to automate processes and analyze data using Tableau, Python, and generative AI tools.
- Strong conflict management, negotiation and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial engineering and capacity management manufacturing.
- Demonstrated skill in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Proven capability diagnosing issues and resolving underlying causes, communicating and presenting clearly, with solid collaboration and group-building abilities.
- Experience in defining and implementing training and development initiatives.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
