- Lead the design, development, and validation of new products, ensuring performance, reliability, cost, and safety requirements are achieved.
- Define detailed product specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials using CAD systems.
- Develop and execute verification, validation, and process qualification plans to support product commercialization.
- Apply statistical analysis tools to evaluate design performance and support data-driven engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and external partners to optimize designs for manufacturability and scalability.
- Support or lead new product introduction initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and operational readiness.
- Evaluate design effectiveness and implement engineering improvements based on testing and risk assessments.
- Document technical activities in compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership or substantial project management experience in team-based environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in new product introduction within a regulated industry.
- Experience using CAD software and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
Preferred:
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering or process development initiatives.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and product or process validation methodologies.
