Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own configuration and integration of new offers and network components, ensuring seamless implementation of charging and rating features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, network, IT, operations, vendors) to align technical solutions with business and performance goals
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex revenue management solutions, providing technical guidance and platform expertise to the team
  • Prepare and maintain high- and low-level designs, perform impact assessments, manage issues/escalations, and advise on production deployment and go-live
  • Support Agile delivery by grooming user stories, configuring/coding solutions, conducting unit tests, and supporting packaging and release activities

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of end-to-end software delivery experience, from inception through deployment and ongoing support
  • 10+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, including work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mobile network operators
  • Extensive experience in architecture and solution design across BSS/OSS domains, including integration with network-facing applications
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Converged Charging Systems - platforms such as MATRIXX, Openet Charging
    • Mediation - platforms like DigitalRoute MediationZone, CSG Intermediate, Openet, Nokia SPS
    • Billing - systems such as Optima, GoTransverse, Zuora, Recurly, Aria
  • Experience working across geographically distributed teams and managing small groups of technical and functional SMEs
  • Knowledge of Cloud as deployment environment

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $145,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
