Summary:

In this role, you will support client enrollment activities for indirect spend and purchased services categories. You will connect client needs to applicable contracts, coordinate complex enrollment requests with internal teams, suppliers, and distributors, and help ensure accurate contract access, pricing, and enrollment execution. You will track project progress, support issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements that enhance contract utilization, client savings, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client enrollment for indirect spend and purchased services categories.

  • Serve as a first-line resource for enrollment, documentation, data requirements, and site involvement questions.

  • Execute enrollment requests for new and existing clients to support contract access, savings, and revenue opportunities.

  • Validate enrollment requests to ensure facilities, contracts, tiers, and related details are accurate.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, distributors, sales, and internal teams to support cost studies, supplier site visits, enrollment forms, and related enrollment steps.

  • Track enrollment case status, project progress, barriers, value captured, and key updates.

  • Maintain project trackers and documentation to support visibility for clients, sales, client management, implementation teams, and leadership.

  • Respond to inquiries and research requests related to pricing, access, contract denials, tiers, and enrollment issues.

  • Build effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional internal partners.

  • Identify enrollment issues, process gaps, and barriers, and escalate or resolve them as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience with contract implementation, client enrollment, supplier or distributor coordination, indirect spend, purchased services, project coordination, or customer support preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data across contracts, facilities, tiers, and client information.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and client communications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with tracking tools, reporting, documentation, and internal systems.

  • Ability to build working relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and distributors.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
