The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager. This person will assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, month-end close and various ad hoc projects. He/She will also assist the Senior Accountants with responding to analytical requests from our functional partners.

· Analyze selected balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis

· Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations

· Participate in the month-end closing processes

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports

· Collect, monitor and analyze data to assess accuracy and integrity of various transactions

· Prepare and maintain financial schedules and worksheets

· Assist with the preparation of audit schedules for the external auditors

· Assist and perform various ad hoc projects

· Bachelors degree in Accounting from an accredited university

· 0-3+ years in general accounting roles

· Strong numeracy and analytic skills

· Good problem-solving and time management skills
