The AI Developer will research, design, develop, and deploy software solutions for machine learning, improving existing processes and creating training data.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented AI Developer with a strong technical background and experience in machine learning to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching AI technologies, designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, and continuously improving our machine learning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Research AI technologies for current and future products.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy demonstration and production software.
- Monitor and improve existing machine learning processes.
- Develop software for quickly and efficiently collecting training data.
- Improve iteration time between prototyping and end-user testing.
- Turn prototype software projects into demonstrations and production software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning projects and applications.
- Experience with machine learning models.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in creating AI/ML training datasets.
- Experience with LLM.
- Experience in ML forecasting, AI chatbots/assistants, automatic speech recognition (ASR).Knowledge of the software development process.
- Understanding of code organization, test-driven development, and unit testing.
- Knowledge of version control systems and Git branching strategies.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Comfort designing large-scale systems.
- Knowledge of design for scalability and high performance (low latency, high throughput).Knowledge of architecture for scalable teams.
- Familiarity with a variety of modern technologies.
- Over 5 years of overall software product development experience.
- Specific experience with Python, deep learning models, Docker, MongoDB, and AWS services.
