We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Marketing Analytics, specifically within the Consumer Lending and Cards sector. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth in these critical areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing analytics frameworks to assess the performance of marketing campaigns in the Consumer Lending and Cards domain.
  • Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to create predictive models that support marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist in developing their analytics skills.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the Consumer Lending or Cards industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python for data analysis and model development.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
