Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $121,800.00 - $203,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

- Drive the design of innovative, user-centered solutions for desktop and mobile platforms, translating business goals and user needs into impactful product experiences.
- Partner with product and engineering leads to shape and influence the UX strategy and product roadmap through design thinking and user insights.
- Coordinate and execute user research activities-including field studies, usability testing, and data synthesis-to uncover behavioral patterns and inform design decisions.
- Identify gaps, propose new components and patterns, and ensure scalable, consistent design across products by evolving the design system.
- Lead design workshops, critiques, and sprints to foster cross-functional collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and promote a shared understanding of design goals.
- Present and justify design choices in stakeholder reviews, clearly articulating rationale, user impact, and business value.
- Deliver high fidelity prototypes and designs that adhere to design systems.
- Work with developers through implementation and launch of products.
- Use AI tools and behavioral analytics to analyze user behavior, accelerate discovery, and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing UX, with 3+ years conducting user research and practicing human-centered design in agile environments
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping familiarity with Figma make and prompt engineering
- Strong experience using user research, analytics, and market data to guide design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong visual design skills and experience with leveraging and contributing to design systems
- Passion for solving real problems for users through thoughtful design
- Available to work during standard business hours in the continental US

- Familiarity with the U.S. automotive market and car shopping landscape
- Experience designing for native mobile applications
