New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure design solutions meet their needs
- Conduct UX research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Conduct workshops and design iterations using Miro and Figma to facilitate collaboration and feedback
- Create low to high-fidelity designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Develop data visualization designs that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360 to communicate design solutions to stakeholders

- I have 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex, large-scale projects
- I have advanced skills in Figma, including expertise in designing and prototyping complex digital products
- I have experience with data visualization design and an ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
- I have excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills, with experience using Miro
- I have strong presentation and communication skills, with an ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360
- I have experience with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- I have atrong understanding of design systems, standards, and best practices
