Sr. Technology Engineer - DevOps PaaS/OpenShift

The Sr Technology Engineer will manage DevOps automation, troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, administer OpenShift and Kubernetes, and ensure platform reliability.
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps PaaS, CI/CD automation, and OpenShift administration to support enterprise-scale Business Platforms and Payments initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines, resolving pipeline issues, automating deployment processes, and administering containerized platform environments in enterprise ecosystems.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Manage and support all automation requests across DevOps and platform engineering environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and deployment issues
- Design, build, and maintain containerized CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Tekton
- Support automated application deployment and release management processes
- Administer and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and platform stability
- Develop and maintain Groovy-based Jenkins pipelines
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and deployment workflows
- Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
- Create and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency
- Strong experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering
- Hands-on expertise in:

- Groovy Pipelines
- Strong experience managing CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise-level pipeline and platform issues
- Good understanding of containerized application deployment and orchestration
- Strong scripting and automation mindset
- Exposure to Istio
- Experience with 3scale API Management
- Experience supporting payments or banking platforms
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile delivery environments
- Ownership mindset with focus on automation and operational excellence
