Senior Talent Partner, Technical Recruiting

As a Senior Talent Partner, Technical Recruiting, you will serve as the strategic talent advisor for our Engineering organization. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring world-class technical talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Product Development, Quality Engineering, Cybersecurity, and related technical functions.

You will partner closely with Engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and long-term talent pipelines that support business growth and product innovation. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will be expected to influence hiring decisions, provide labor market intelligence, and drive structured, skills-based hiring practices across the organization.

You will join a team that leads with care, collaborates with intention, and operates with a one-team mindset. Your impact will directly influence Omnicell's ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams. 

What You'll Do

Strategic Talent Advisory

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to understand business objectives, workforce plans, organizational gaps, and future talent needs.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment and intake meetings that establish hiring priorities, success profiles, and skills-based hiring criteria.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, compensation trends, and recruiting recommendations.

Technical Recruiting Leadership

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, software development, cloud, infrastructure, security, AI/ML, data, product development, and technical leadership positions.
  • Develop customized recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Build and maintain strong active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, networking strategies, referrals, talent communities, and recruiting technology platforms.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the primary recruiting advisor to Engineering Directors, Senior Directors, and Vice Presidents.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, talent insights, and market intelligence.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, selection best practices, and candidate assessment.

Hiring Excellence

  • Drive consistent, skills-based hiring practices across Engineering.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct calibration discussions and facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Improve hiring velocity while maintaining quality of hire.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor recruiting performance metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Champion AI-enabled recruiting tools and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Participate in Talent Command Center reviews and workforce planning discussions.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience recruiting for Engineering and Technical positions.
  • 7+ years of overall Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, quality engineers, cybersecurity professionals, technical architects, data engineers, product managers, and engineering leaders.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical skill sets, engineering organizational structures, and technical hiring trends.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with Engineering leadership on hiring strategies.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and modern engagement tools.
  • Experience managing multiple technical requisitions while maintaining exceptional stakeholder service.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within Healthcare Technology, SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Medical Device Technology, or Digital Health environments.
  • Experience supporting global engineering organizations.
  • Experience with Eightfold, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Experience implementing skills-based hiring and structured interview frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data engineering talent markets.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Success Measures

Within your first 6 months, you will:

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with Engineering leaders.
  • Improve engineering pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
  • Build proactive technical talent communities and candidate pipelines.
  • Deliver strong hiring manager satisfaction scores.
  • Influence workforce planning discussions through talent market intelligence.
  • Advance structured, skills-based hiring practices across Engineering.
  • Reduce time-to-fill for critical technical positions while maintaining hiring quality.
