ABOUT THE ROLE
FOX is seeking a Contract Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across our core technology teams, including engineering, data, product, and infrastructure.
You’ll work directly with hiring managers and talent partners across Fox Tech, owning searches from intake to close. The ideal candidate combines technical recruiting expertise with a creative sourcing mindset and is comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, reach, and effectiveness throughout the recruiting workflow. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, data, product, and infrastructure
Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategy, build interview plans, and drive alignment
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant for targeted outreach and candidate engagement
Apply AI tools like Enterprise GPT to accelerate sourcing, automate tasks, and streamline workflows
Lead creative sourcing strategies across niche channels, talent communities, events, and referrals
Manage communications and scheduling through Slack, Google Suite, and Outlook
Maintain data integrity and workflow consistency in Workday
Deliver consistent updates to stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
7+ years of technical recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
Proven strength in creative sourcing techniques across both traditional and nontraditional channels
Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter / Hiring Assistant, Slack, Google Suite, and Outlook
Proficiency using AI tools like Enterprise GPT for sourcing support, messaging, and task automation
High autonomy and ownership mindset — able to work independently across multiple searches
Strong sense for candidate quality, organizational fit, and inclusive hiring best practices
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Background recruiting in media, enterprise tech, or streaming product environments
Experience running hybrid search models (contract, full-time, freelance)
Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing workflows or automation tools (non-evaluation-based)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60.00-70.00 per hour.Top Skills
