Primary Location Pay Range: $120,586.41 - $180,879.61

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex, multi-phase technical projects across their full lifecycle.
- Serve as a communication bridge across internal stakeholders, executive leadership, development teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate multiple, high-priority initiatives with cross-functional development teams, ensuring clear alignment and accountability.
- Define, track, and deliver on functional requirements, features, and performance metrics.
- Regularly prepare and deliver presentations and updates for executive leadership, translating technical progress into business impact.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones and delivery timelines are consistently met.
- Drive the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable processes that enhance team efficiency and optimize ways of working.
- Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, and contingency planning.
- Integrate business goals and technical priorities, serving as a key contributor in a complex, high-visibility environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects within the OTT and FAST streaming industry. Specifically, experience with managing digital advertising-focused projects, data-driven and monetization initiatives.
- Deep familiarity with working across multiple development teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Detail-oriented with experience in working closely with product owners on requirements and breaking down into technical development stories.
- Strong background in executive communication, including developing and delivering high-quality presentations for leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and evolve process frameworks that improve project delivery and team efficiency.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills - flexibility and adaptability are essential.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience with Digital Advertising preferred (preferably with Video or Data experience)
- A strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- 4 days a week in office, Irvine preferred (Philly secondary)
