Reporting to our Senior Manager of Member Growth Operations, you will play a pivotal role in building robust member acquisition journeys, improving data flows, and ensuring our communications are not only timely and relevant, but deeply engaging. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Creative teams to deliver meaningful user experiences that drive activation and long-term value, and help both define and execute our roadmap for experimentation while providing hands-on technical execution support to fuel our growth..
ResponsibilitiesAct as the team’s Braze subject matter expert, leveraging experience with modern marketing tools, training others, and providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities, including segmentation, QA, planning, and delivery.
Use and evaluate AI-powered marketing features in Braze and other tools to improve efficiency, content relevance, and campaign personalization at scale.
Own, measure, and optimize strategic member acquisition programs across email and mail channels using Braze, including enrollment, win-back, transactional, and abandoned cart campaigns.
Build and scale automate AI-personalized workflows, dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B and multi-variate tests to personalize user experiences. As needed, troubleshoot data discrepancies between our martech stack and data files, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies.
Actively leverage AI tools (e.g. for QA, content testing, targeting strategies) to streamline operations, reduce manual workload and boost campaign performance
Work cross-functionally with data and engineering teams to ensure proper event tracking, data flow, and integration into other systems and with content, and brand teams to align messaging and strategies with broader business goals.
Stay current on emerging AI solutions in marketing tech and proactively introduce new tools or workflows that drive automation and impact.
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Understand and analyze our martech stack metrics and UTM metrics, including our campaigns, canvases, and reporting across our core channels of SMS, email, mail, digital, and client-sent.
Build cross-functional relationships with marketing, engineering, product, content, and design that will be involved in collaboration and execution.
Take on execution of complex client campaigns, owning and upgrading canvases ahead of launches, understanding the nuances of standardized and customer marketing and identifying opportunities to continue to scale and personalize our content and delivery
Contribute to our optimization work by bringing AI-informed insights, recommending smart segmentation strategies, and automating tasks previously done manually.
5+ years of experience in enrollment marketing with a strong technical foundation, leveraging a modern martech platform like Braze, Iterable, Marketing Cloud, etc..
Deep hands-on experience with setting up personalized marketing campaigns and audience segmentation, including careful QA and process improvement..
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks, and boost personalization outcomes.
Comfortable working with product data, APIs, and user attributes; SQL experience is a plus.
Proven ability to conceptualize, design, implement, and audit automated B2C journeys at scale.
Curious, analytical, and strategic—you love solving problems with data and technology, and AI-enhanced experimentation.
Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working across teams and disciplines.

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $112,404 - $132,240. Information about Virta’s benefits is on our Careers page at:
