JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Implement automation for system provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
- Optimize performance and availability of enterprise systems including compute, storage, and networking.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional technical initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure operations.
- Expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms - Azure preferred.
- Experience with automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Familiarity with container orchestration, service mesh technologies, monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus), and logging frameworks.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
- Experience supporting high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech or regulated enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise networking.
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure tools or technical publications.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-team collaboration.

RegularPAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $84,500 to $126,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.<<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>><<>>
