The Opportunity

Adobe seeks a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager to drive the Digital Media organization's strategic objectives related to GenAI New Business Ventures. This role will drive thought leadership, planning, decision-making, execution processes, and communications in partnership with a broad set of partner organizations, including Enterprise Sales, Research, Applied AI/ML, Marketing, and Finance.

What you'll Do

In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with the VP of New Business Ventures and cross-functional leaders to drive customer discovery and ensure cross-functional alignment in support of the execution of these strategies.

  • Thought leader partnership
  • Leading end-to-end execution of the plan/initiatives
  • Leading strategic and operations planning
  • Running deliverable/milestone reviews and ensuring cross-functional alignment prior to executive reviews
  • Planning and facilitating executive reviews, including capturing notes and action items
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks within projects
  • Communicating status and key decisions to stakeholders and executives across various organizations within Adobe
  • Providing guidance and ensuring alignment between executives and your leaders

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management function required
  • Experience developing both high-level and operational strategy
  • Experience leading change and working on complex cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations is required.
  • Motivated individual who excels at prioritizing and implementing tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proven leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability including ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships
  • Experience working with high-level executives
  • Experience with planning process and/or metrics and measurement desired
  • Experience with a SAAS Software Company strongly preferred
  • MBA a plus

The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,900 -- $254,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
