Our ecosystem partners play a critical role in accelerating customer innovation and expanding the reach of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You will lead key ecosystem-wide programs and partner-facing initiatives, ensuring that partner incentives, integrations, offers, and operational processes scale with the company. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Developer Relations, and GTM teams to deliver a world-class partner experience and drive partner-led product adoption.

Responsibilities for Partnership ProdOp lead
  • Define frameworks and lead initiatives for ecosystem-wide programs for Technology, Data and Built-On partners
  • Support the design, communications, and rollout of strategic initiatives. Interact directly with partners to land them.
  • Serve as a primary interface for strategic and scaled partners programs, driving clarity on requirements and ensuring a world-class partner experience.
  • Run structured feedback loops and translate partner input into product priorities.
  • Define and track success metrics for partner programs and ecosystem health.
  • Drive XFN alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Commercialization, Marketing, etc., on ecosystem goals and partner deliverables.
  • Coordinate execution of cross-functional partner initiatives, surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Analyze partner adoption, integration usage, and marketplace performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that guide decision-making for leadership.
  • Implement scalable processes and playbooks that improve partner experience and reduce operational friction.
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in product operations, program management, partnerships, or ecosystem/ISV operations in SaaS or cloud.
  • Partner-facing experience required, ideally working with ISVs, software partners, or marketplaces.
  • Strong program management skills and experience running cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize complex insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical proficiency (SQL, spreadsheets) to evaluate program and partner performance.
  • Thrives in ambiguity with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
