Job Description

The Campaign Management team is responsible for end-to-end project management and cross-functional support of all Marketing campaigns. Success includes managing all aspects of campaign workflows: creative planning, timelines, and asset management, with clear communication and visibility for all internal and external stakeholders. Campaign Management ensures day-to-day operations run as efficiently as possible, with the ability to pivot and quickly problem-solve in response to constant evolving changes, priorities and obstacles.
As a Senior Specialist of Campaign Management, you will be responsible for leading project management for all ad-hoc requests that are separate from specific Originals Series titles/campaigns. This includes but is not limited to: video, design, and interactive ad hoc requests, FYC/Awards campaign, and Brand projects. Although not leading Original Series campaigns, you will also support Campaign Managers with the project coordination of their series titles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee video, design, and interactive ad hoc requests from concept through delivery / Projects include: video Amazon rotators, press kits/mailers, company signage and materials, and other one-off ad hoc requests that come from cross-functional teams (Brand Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Corp Comm, PR/Events, Facilities, etc.)
  • Liaise between project requester and Creative Services (video, design, & interactive) and or external agency to ensure project briefs and creative direction is clearly communicated
  • Organize and lead kickoff and creative status meetings to ensure projects are staying on track and on budget
  • Build out workback schedules for each project request and effectively communicate any challenges or shifts in timeline during project lifespan
  • Manage proofing workflow in project management tool (Adobe Workfront) to ensure all proper stakeholders are assigned and feedback/approvals are received in a timely manner to allow for any changes required ahead of deadlines
  • Act as point of contact with external agencies and project manage assets, which includes: onboarding agencies, supplying them with all materials required to execute the project, and working with Legal to draft the final Scope of Work ahead of project start
  • Support Campaign Managers on Original Series titles/campaigns, which includes: scheduling meetings, managing timelines and due dates, coordinating assets, and communicating cross-functionally to ensure all parties are in alignment and have what they need to successfully execute projects
  • Identify any workflow opportunities while managing projects and implement new process solutions to improve those workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-4 years of project management experience preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to problem-solve in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Strong Project Management skills required, including organization, great attention to detail, and
  • the ability to balance numerous projects at once with competing deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of video, design, interactive/digital, and post production technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, GoogleDocs, and project management tools such as Adobe Workfront

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000
