As a Senior Software Quality Engineer on our Platform Delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of software solutions that support global clinical research and healthcare innovation. You will lead testing efforts across multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, and help drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and quality standards. Lead validation and software testing activities across multiple platform delivery projects in regulated environments
Design, execute, and review functional, integration, regression, and performance test cases while ensuring traceability to requirements
Collaborate with developers, implementation managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess software changes, identify risks, and ensure product quality
Manage project timelines, testing priorities, defect tracking, and reporting for onsite and offshore testing activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing testing processes, tools, automation practices, and quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, software testing, or validation within regulated or complex technical environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and defect management processes
Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities
Hands-on experience working with test management systems, bug tracking tools, automation frameworks, and documentation platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and communicate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with test automation practices preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
