🔹 Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team onsite in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs, while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Develop workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, APIs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and administrators.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades/enhancements.
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Experience with HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
