Job Description
Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the Military OneSource program. Military OneSource provides 24/7 support services to military members and their families worldwide.
The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, deploy, integrate, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical program operations. This role will work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-focused solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Support Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Support release management, configuration management, and change control processes.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience).
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based development.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience supporting Federal or DoD customers.
- Experience with DevSecOps, RMF, NIST 800-53, or ATO processes.
- Experience supporting secure cloud-based solutions
Additional Requirements
- Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements.
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed wired internet connectivity.
