Compensation: $19-$21/hr + uncapped commission + 100% of tips + performance bonuses

As a Sr. Sales Specialist, you are a top-performing luxury sales professional and a key driver of store success. You lead by example on the sales floor, create elevated client experiences through personalized recommendations, and consistently drive revenue through relationship-based selling and exceptional service.

Drive Revenue & Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Lead from the sales floor by modeling elevated client service and advanced selling techniques
  • Identify opportunities to maximize every client interaction through cross-selling and personalized recommendations
  • Build strong product confidence to drive higher basket size and repeat business
  • Partner with leadership to execute sales initiatives, promotions, and client outreach strategies
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and ownership around daily business performance

Deliver a Luxury Client Experience

  • Create welcoming, personalized experiences for every client
  • Build authentic relationships that drive loyalty and long-term retention
  • Provide expert recommendations tailored to client preferences and needs
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and storytelling experiences
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and confidently while maintaining brand standards

Be a Brand & Product Expert

  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, ingredients, collections, and brand story
  • Confidently educate clients on product benefits and usage
  • Stay informed on retail trends, client preferences, and industry innovations
  • Serve as a trusted resource for both clients and team members
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Support Team Success

  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong sales performance
  • Share successful selling strategies and best practices with the team
  • Support onboarding and coaching of new Sales Specialists
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
  • Partner with leadership to maintain strong team engagement and morale

Support Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the sales floor is visually compelling, organized, and fully stocked
  • Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation standards
  • Support inventory awareness, replenishment, and operational efficiency
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
  • Contribute to an elevated luxury retail environment at all times
QualificationsWHO YOU ARE

You are a polished luxury sales professional with a passion for client service, relationship building, and exceeding goals. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are energized by delivering exceptional experiences.

Successful candidates typically bring:

  • 2+ years of luxury retail, beauty, skincare, hospitality, or high-touch sales experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and consistently achieve performance goals
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and clienteling skills
  • Confidence in delivering personalized recommendations and elevated service experiences
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude

You’re also comfortable:
