The Senior Sales Operations Manager will lead the strategy and execution for sales processes, partner with leadership, optimize tools, and enhance revenue operations, ensuring high productivity and growth alignment.
About this role
PetDesk is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to own and drive the strategy, systems, and structure behind our high-growth Sales organization. This is a strategic, autonomous role for an experienced operator who can see the big picture, define what “great” looks like, and independently execute against it. You’ll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable processes, insights, and infrastructure that optimize the full revenue engine — from lead generation through retention and expansion. You’ll be a thought partner to GTM leadership, and a system architect who turns strategy into execution.
Apply if you're excited to:
- Own Sales Operations strategy end-to-end — define priorities, build a roadmap, and deliver measurable outcomes that align with company goals
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to shape go-to-market design: segmentation, territories, quota setting, comp planning, and process optimization
- Build and maintain trusted reporting infrastructure (e.g., dashboards, forecasts, pipeline analytics) to drive insight-based decision-making
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of tools like Salesforce, Gong, RingCentral, and others
- Partner closely with Enablement to uncover insights from sales data and translate them into actionable strategies that drive rep success
- Identify inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and implement cross-functional solutions to unlock scale
- Develop frameworks for forecast accuracy, deal hygiene, and rep productivity; own the rhythm of business for sales performance review
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue leaders have real-time visibility into performance and can act on insights confidently
- Systems and processes support growth — not bottleneck it
- Sales reps are more productive and better enabled to focus on high-impact work
- GTM strategy is operationalized effectively, with clear measurement of results
About You
- 6–10 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven ability to operate independently, make strategic decisions, and see them through to execution
- Deep Salesforce expertise — both as a systems thinker and as a practical admin/configurator (certification a plus)
- Skilled at designing and interpreting dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions
- Strong cross-functional communicator and stakeholder manager — you build trust and influence across Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Experience designing comp plans, renewal models, health scores, and other GTM levers
- A bias for action, a love of efficiency, and a mindset of continuous improvement
Benefits & Perks
- Medical coverage for employees and dependents (80-90% covered by employer)
- Employer HSA contribution with HDHP
- 401(k) match up to 3.5%
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Dental & Vision coverage available
- Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
- Short and Long Term Disability
- Flexible Time Off & 12 Paid Annual Holidays
- Paid Parental Leave
- Pawternity Leave, Financial Pet Adoption Support & Subsidized Pet Insurance
- $250 Annual Stipend for Learning and Development

With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
