About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive focused on expanding our services with Individuals & Families through a network of high-quality professional services partners, you’ll lead business development efforts for this critical market segment. You’ll engage a range of partners to help them understand how our unique offerings support those who have been diagnosed with serious and complex conditions and benefit their clients and their businesses. You’ll have the unique opportunity to build new distribution channels and further cultivate newly formed strategic partnerships to fuel continued growth in this segment filled with highly sophisticated buyers and partners. You’ll leverage your existing network and proven track record of developing relationships with high-net-worth clients and the services that support them while building trusted advisor relationships with professionals like financial advisors and wealth managers. You’ll work collaboratively with leadership to develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies, drive pipeline, qualify leads, and win business. You’ll also conduct market development to create greater awareness of our unique, differentiated health capabilities for the employer marketplace.

How You’ll Spend Your Days

  • Closing New Business: You wake up thinking about how to identify high quality opportunities, maximize value for clients, and win new business through channel partners and building new relationships.
  • Strategizing: You’ll collaborate with PHM leadership to define specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Thinking Ahead: You’re always developing a pipeline of new sales opportunities and building relationships with target customers.
  • Being the Voice of the Customer: You’ll expand on your knowledge of the marketplace and gain product and market feedback from customers, prospects and partners and distribute that to the team.

What you bring to the table

  • A 7+ year track record, with demonstrable successes, closing complex services engagements with a highly sophisticated buyer
  • Account knowledge, customer contacts and deeply curated industry relationships within wealth management, management consulting, financial services, or similar industries.
  • A passion for full cycle sales: demand generation, qualification, consultative selling and closing.
  • A proven track record of being a self-starter equally comfortable selling independently or as part of a collaborative effort.
  • Exceptional executive written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.

Compensation:

The target base salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 with a generous performance-based commission plan.

This is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes PHM’s services for you and your dependents, health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, flexible PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.

This is a remote role that requires significant travel and that you live in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA
