Join TrueCommerce at a critical point in our growth.

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, New Business owns the operating intelligence behind our new logo motion. This role drives visibility into pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy, and provides the data and insight that sales leadership uses to run the business across North America and EMEA.

You will work closely with sales leaders and the VP of Revenue Operations to translate pipeline activity into clear performance signals and actionable recommendations. This is not a reporting role. It is an analytical role that connects data to decisions.

What You'll Do:

Pipeline and Data Management

  • Own NetSuite CRM data quality across all new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate stage progression, close dates, required fields, and deal metadata
  • Build and enforce data standards, validation rules, and pipeline hygiene processes
  • Run ongoing pipeline audits, identify gaps early, and drive resolution with sales leadership
  •  Manage and deprecate outdated field values, picklists, and legacy data that reduce reporting reliability

Pipeline Coverage and Funnel Performance

  • Track and manage pipeline coverage against the 3.5x standard across NA and EMEA segments
  • Build and maintain pipeline dashboards by stage, source, segment, rep, and region
  • Track MQL to SAO to Closed Won conversion across cohorts including Channel and direct motions separately
  • Analyze funnel velocity, deal progression, and stage-by-stage conversion rates
  • Identifyperformance gaps, quantify impact on bookings, and deliver recommendations not just reports
  • Monitor non-responsive pipeline and work with sales to establish clearer qualification gates

Forecast and Performance Visibility

  • Support the weekly forecast process with rep-level rollups across NA and EMEA
  • Track forecast accuracy trends across reps, teams, and segments over time
  • Maintain scenario models across commit, upside, and risk categories
  • Build accuracy improvement loops that make each forecast cycle better than the last
  • Provide executive leaders with forward-looking pipeline risk and opportunity signals

Quota, Territory, and Capacity Insights

  • Track quota attainment across all new business roles globally
  • Maintain quota coverage visibility and surface capacity gaps by segment and region
  • Support territory and segmentation analysis across NA, EMEA, and Channel motions
  • Assist in comp plan tracking and variable attainment reporting across ACV, ARR, and net retention metrics

AI and Automation

  • Identify manual, repetitive analytical processes and build automated workflows to replace them
  • Support the VP of Revenue Operations in operationalizing AI-driven tools including pipeline hygiene automation, deal risk flagging, and pre-call research
  • Work with Gong transcript data and NetSuite records to surface expansion signals and churn risk indicators

Success in Year One:

  • Pipeline reflects real opportunity and risk with no dead weight sitting in the funnel
  • Coverage consistently aligns to the 3.5x plan across all segments and regions
  • Forecast accuracy improves measurably quarter over quarter
  • Data in NetSuite is clean, trusted, and no longer debated in leadership reviews
  • Sales leadership uses your analysis to make decisions, not just acknowledge reports

 Requirements for Success:

Required

  • 3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
  •  Strong CRM capability including field management, workflow configuration, and reporting (NetSuite preferred)
  •  Advanced analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to business insight and recommendation
  •  Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
  •  Clear, concise communication with the ability to present findings to sales leaders and executives
  •  Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built

Preferred

  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS company operatingunder board-level scrutiny
  • Analyze funnel velocity, deal progression, and stage-by-stage conversion rates
  • Identify performance gaps, quantify impact on bookings, and deliver recommendations not just reports
  • Monitor non-responsive pipeline and work with sales to establish clearer qualification gates

Perks & Benefits

  • Remote first and casual work environment
  • 401k with 3.5% company match and vested after 2 years
  • 20 PTO days - 1 birthday day off - 3 summer days - 1 volunteer day - 10 company holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision and other life/health insurance plans

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
