About the Role

The Senior Recruiter, Data Center Operations will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, driving full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for technical and operational roles across our data centers. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure we meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for building diverse teams that scale world-class operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Data Center Operations roles, including Technicians, Inventory Control Specialists, Facility Engineers, and other operations positions.
  • Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites, ensuring consistent candidate engagement and timely communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and workforce planning priorities.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and staffing strategies, including military, early career, and local talent pipelines to support ongoing expansion.
  • Own the candidate experience—ensuring every interaction reflects CoreWeave’s values and culture.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and communicate recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to start date.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or sourcers when needed, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
  • Represent CoreWeave at hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand awareness.
  • Support hiring across domestic and international markets (experience with EMEA or Canada a plus).

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume or technical operations recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success filling multiple, concurrent roles with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to report and analyze pipeline metrics.
    Comfortable with ambiguity and change—able to adapt quickly as priorities shift.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive, scalable recruiting processes that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
