The Sr. QA Engineer will design, develop, and execute test cases, implement best practices, participate in reviews, and triage issues. They will ensure high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?
- Independently design, develop and execute test cases.
- Develop both manual and automated tests.
- Implement best practices to achieve high-quality standards
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality software development
- Triage of reported issues that come from CXP and go to Engineering
- Work confidently and carefully across all operating domains for our product
- Assist Engineering reproduce items from CXP
- Subject Matter Expert (SME)/coordination for feature questions from CXP
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years software testing experience
- Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Karate.
- Knowledge of different test techniques and best practices
- Comfortable testing Web API applications
- Problem Solving and Triage experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable setting up Windows Hardware
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum) preferred
Bonus Experience:
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) Systems.
- Familiarity with Restaurant POS and Related Software.
- Familiarity with Payment Processing.
- Familiar testing UWP/Windows Store/Windows/WPF applications
- Experience working in the Azure Cloud & AWS
- Basic MongoDB
