We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and Mandarin Bi-Lingual Project Manager to join our team! Our ideal will have prior experience as a PM in Cloud/IT/Telecommunications and will provide efficient WOW service by connecting our internal and external teams to deliver Zenlayer’s products and solutions to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively coordinate and manage day-to-day project operation activities. 
  • Ensure customer project on-time delivery “emphasize satisfactory” and timelines. 
  • Monitor, control and manage project operations to meet client’s expectations.  
  • Fulfill projects by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, and information. 
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure within allotted budget and set goals. 
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery. 
  • Adhere to and optimize company standard operating procedures. 
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings and communications. 
  • Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and prompt manner. 
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. 
  • Maintain clear and accurate operation procedure documents for reference all the time. 
  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for improvements. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Cloud/Telecommunications industry.
  • College graduate in business or related fields 
  • Strong business acumen and desire to take initiative. 
  • Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills in different time zones. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Well organized, detail oriented and responsible 
  • Familiar with Office 365 Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in related industry, such as telecommunications, cloud computing, or information technology. 
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams needed 
  • Be responsible and accountable to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s goals and deliverables within scope, schedule, cost and quality 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-national company. 
  • Passionate about technology, networking, problem solving and the willingness to learn. 
  • Experience using Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce. 
  • PMP Certification
