What you'll do
  • Help define the scope, objectives, and functions of the PMO (e.g., support, control, or directive PMO). 
  • Establish PMO governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. 
  • Create and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools. 
  • Standardize project management practices across the organization. 
  • Recommend and implement project management tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira, Monday, Power BI, etc.). 
  • Ensure that the tools are configured according to the organization's needs. 
  • Support the selection and prioritization of projects based on strategic value, available resources, and risks. 
  • Implement processes to monitor the progress, costs, deadlines, and quality of projects. 
  • Help identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of projects. 
  • Support the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. 
  • Conduct portfolio performance analyses and recommend adjustments
Minimum Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • +8 years of Experience managing IT Projects
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
  • Experience with Process Analysis
  • Deep knowledge of PMBok fundamentals and Projects artifacts and documentation
  • Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
  • Desirable knowledge in Banking Industry
  • Data Analytics (Power BI, SQL)
Desirable Qualifications
  • Strong Presentation Skills 
  • Internal Media Communication for PMO Talks
  • AI Copilot
