Lead and deliver multiple small-to-medium and large-scale mobile app projects. Translate work breakdowns into program schedules, manage cross-functional teams, use AWS/JIRA for delivery, and apply metrics (velocity, capacity, financials, story/defect ratios) to measure success and drive improvements.
- Master/ Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant and having 10+ years of total experience out of which at least 4 years in technical track as either Technical Lead or Architects
- Must have 10 years of overall experience with career track going from Engineering background in Mobile App Development to Program Manager
- Managing multiple small to medium size projects with focus on quality deliverables.
- Must have managed and delivered at least two large-scale App Development projects in the past couple of years. Ideally, using React Native, iOS, Android and AWS Platform
- Must have 2+ Years' experience in managing and guiding teams with Project Management Tools on AWS DevOps or JIRA
- Understanding of Mobile strategy, application-to-application integration improvement by using Microservices architecture.
- Translate the components, dependencies and work breakdown into a program schedule
- Manages the program schedule to meet on budget and on time delivery through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
- Understanding of program success metrics such as velocity, capacity, financial spends, and story/defects ratio
- Utilize program data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions
