The Sr. Project Manager at Viral Nation is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various marketing projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company's objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight on multiple $1M+ workstreams
  • Partner with Account Team Senior Leads to align on staffing optimizations and workstream priorities
  • Understand how to manage and properly resource against a $20M account 
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular team meetings and effectively communicate project updates, goals, and expectations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and resource allocation
  • Optimize resource utilization and identify opportunities to streamline project costs
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and approvals
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements
  • Implement appropriate project management methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Marketing industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and work well under pressure
