We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Finance Transformation to lead strategic finance initiatives, cross-functional programs, and process improvements. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of finance-related programs, including revenue recognition automation, financial system implementations, and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, program management, and process optimization, with experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Program/Project Management:

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Assess current processes and utilize best practices to design future state business processes to create operational efficiencies
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including plan development, resource allocation, ROI development, risk management, project team mobilization, stakeholder communication, and accountability management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, Sales, and Operations, to drive program success.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, providing insights into project performance, risks, and key milestones.

Financial Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of financial systems
  • Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with CRM, billing, reporting and other tools.
  • Partner closely with our Business Application and Finance teams to drive improvements and resolve any Finance system issues.

Ad Hoc/Other:

  • Be willing to wear multiple hats and to do what it takes to “move the needle” across the Finance Organization
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, status reports, and financial impact assessments.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization to align finance initiatives with broader business goals.

You are/have:

  • An independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analysis from scratch to answer questions posed and look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
  • Proactive, confident and solution-oriented, have a broad set of work experiences within a finance organization including transformation work; will provide a strong voice to represent finance across the portfolio of initiatives
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured, monitored, and validated information to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation; has developed a habit of checking the accuracy of data and analysis several times over before submitting for review
  • Significant expertise setting up automated processes to increase the effectiveness of the team and minimize room for error
  • Excellent multi-tasker who is always “on it” with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications; and
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations or related area; demonstrated track-record of driving transformative changes in an organization
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Systems expertise: proficient with NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, RevPro, and MS Office applications

Annual Salary Guidelines: $135,000 - $160,000
