Job Title: Sr. Program Manager – E2E Enterprise Planning
Reports to: E2E Enterprise Program Lead – Senior Manager

Location: United States (Remote), however interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington.

The Role The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs that are often global, complex, and transformative across end-to-end planning. This role guides multi-disciplinary teams through the entire program lifecycle—from strategy and scoping through execution and value realization—ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives, business capabilities, and measurable outcomes. This role is both a thought partner and an execution leader, operating at the intersection of business, technology, data, and organizational change. The Senior Program Manager brings rigor and adaptability to program governance, excels at navigating ambiguity, and proactively manages interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement. They champion a global-first mindset and integrate hybrid delivery approaches to ensure fit-for-purpose execution that balances speed, value, and risk.

Your Impact

  • Translate E2E enterprise planning strategy into structured, executable programs
  • Define and oversee program roadmap, governance model, KPIs, budget and resource planning
  • Ensure delivery of defined business capabilities, outcomes, and value
  • Serve as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teams
  • Manage and resolve program interdependencies, team alignment across domains, and issues/risks
  • Monitor execution metrics and value capture; drive engagement and communication with senior leadership and executive sponsors
  • Ensure only standard processes and out-of-the-box capabilities are used; vet and escalate customization requests with clear value case
  • Manage project manager and BA resources as the program expands

Who You Are

  • Proven leader of global, enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Expert in hybrid delivery (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and outcome-driven execution
  • Skilled in aligning programs to business capabilities and strategic value
  • Strong executive presence with influence across senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Adept at leading without authority across functions and levels
  • 8–10 years in end-to-end planning/supply chain; 3–5 years in senior roles driving complex initiatives (e.g., S&OP, IBP, demand/supply/network/material planning, financial & merchandise planning, allocation, forecasting)
  • Experienced in integrating automation, AI, and systems thinking into program design
  • Hands-on implementation of planning platforms (S5 Stratos, Toolio, o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis) from design to go-live
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Tech, or Supply Chain; MBA/Master’s preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent certifications; AI/Agile credentials a plus
  • Industry expertise in consumer products, retail, apparel, and supply chain
  • Track record of leading distributed teams and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence
  • Proficient in Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and portfolio management tools
  • Committed to continuous learning and emerging tech adoption

$130,000 - $140,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
