Job Summary
The Sr. Program Manager - Digital and Subscription Programs will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital initiatives and subscription-based offerings across GE HealthCare AVS Business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven ability to drive large-scale programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end program management for multiple digital and subscription product development initiatives, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
* Partner with segment PM and internal IT teams in release of multiple segments subscription offerings and manage overall AVS portfolio to ensure timely release.
* Support the creation of standard work and update to program deliverables specific to subscription
* Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and finance to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless program execution.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, progress, and key decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the program lifecycle.
* Champion customer-centricity throughout the program, ensuring that digital and subscription offerings meet user needs and deliver exceptional value.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed for specific program components.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for digital and subscription offerings within the organization.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with at least 5 years specifically managing digital product development or subscription-based programs.
* Proven experience in executing GE HealthCare NPI programs and deeper knowledge of PRD lifecycle and QMS processes.
* Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional programs from inception to launch in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Experience with subscription business models, recurring revenue, and digital platform development.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.

- Proven experience using project management methodologies to drive new product development programs and solutions in a regulated industry
- Experience with design requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
- Awareness of software design principals, cybersecurity principals, cloud development, mobile application development, edge computing, and medical device interconnectivity technologies
- Expert in navigating through ambiguity, removing roadblocks, prioritizing conflicting requirements
- Understands Medical Device Software Design principles, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
- Experience leading and working with global teams
- Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization

In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
