The Impact of a Sr. Program Manager at Coupa:
We are seeking a versatile, high-impact Program Manager to serve as the connective tissue for our Supplier Network team. This is a critical "hub" role designed to drive growth by bridging the gap between strategy and execution across every function of the supplier network: Sales, Product, Operations, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Engineering.
The ideal candidate is a translator of sorts—someone who can take complex technical requirements and distill them into clear, actionable workstreams. You aren’t just managing a schedule; you are synthesizing data, facilitating high-stakes workshops, and ensuring that our supplier onboarding and subscription revenue models are scaling seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead initiatives that require synchronization between Engineering, Product, Sales, and GTM to expand and optimize the supplier network.
- Insight-Driven Strategy: Analyze network performance data to derive actionable insights, identifying bottlenecks in the supplier lifecycle or opportunities for revenue growth.
- Technical Translation: Distill technical language and engineering constraints into business requirements and executive-level action plans.
- Workshop Facilitation: Design and lead cross-departmental workshops to solve complex problems, collating outputs into structured workstreams for execution.
- Process Optimization: Oversee and refine the supplier revenue process to ensure a frictionless experience that aligns with our B2B subscription revenue model.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidently navigate all levels of the organization, from presenting progress to the Head of Strategy to deep-diving into sprints with engineering leads.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in B2B SaaS environments, specifically within the procurement or supply chain sectors.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to "see through the noise" of data to identify trends and drive decision-making.
- Program Management Tooling: Proficiency in modern project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana,Smartsheet) and data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the "versatility" to pivot from a technical stand-up to a sales strategy session without losing a beat.
- Experience: 5-7+ years in Program Management, Operations, or a similar strategic execution role.
The estimated pay range for this role is $125,000 - $162,000
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
