Who Are You?

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will work on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will build pipeline and help customers do more with our platform. You will develop impactful marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. We frequently transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed tactical execution.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders and teams, including the broader marketing team, product, and go-to-market teams, to solve complex problems, define our positioning, and reinforce an incredible product narrative in the mind of our customers and target audiences.  You will work closely with company leadership on bringing NovoEd’s corporate narrative and vision to life to accelerate our mission. Most of all, you will lead the go-to-market process for new and existing products. 

What Will You Do?

Strategic Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling enterprise messaging and positioning that excites and educates customers, and informs our unique product strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of NovoEd's capabilities for new and existing products, identifying the benefits, differentiators, and value statements of each
  • Define and analyze the competitive landscape for new and existing products

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead cross-functional operational readiness teams to price, position, and sell new products
  • Partner with product managers and developers to bring new features and products to market
  • Create and execute  product launch campaigns that build pipeline and help customers do more with the platform

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to build impactful demos and sales enablement materials
  • Develop impactful marketing assets including websites, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, and print collateral
  • Drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and go-to-market

Customer & Market Insights

  • Define user and buyer personas, prioritize their biggest challenges, define segments, and understand purchasing behaviors
  • Identify dynamic market trends, the competitive landscape, and changing customer needs to accelerate growth
  • Research competing offerings and partner with product managers to prioritize growth opportunities
What Skills Are Needed For This Role?Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  •  7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience marketing solution-oriented SaaS businesses into large enterprises
  • Experience in workforce education or marketing to Enterprise HR is highly desired
  • Comprehensive B2B marketing skill set that includes branding, thought leadership, demand generation, digital, account-based marketing, communications, product marketing, and events
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and show results
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Experience building messaging and positioning for new product categories and domains

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnerships with partners, tech teams, and operating at leadership levels
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion

Base range: $150,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
