The Job:  

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of our Construction Technology team working as a remote employee. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will help shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted. In this role, you will own the narrative that connects product capabilities to real customer value. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to clarify our go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth. As a PMM, you will translate complex product features into compelling stories, enable revenue teams to win, and ensure our messaging resonates across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll get to:  

  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer-focused benefits and use cases for distinct buyer personas.
  • Lead product launches from planning through execution, partnering with Product and Marketing to deliver launch plans, campaigns, and assets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, and FAQs.
  • Support sales and customer conversations by articulating product value, differentiation, and real-world outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and success stories through research, interviews, and field engagement.
  • Capture and share customer stories, use cases, and best practices internally and externally.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Produce competitive insights and materials that help the company win more deals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Agency to create high-impact content, including website copy, product videos, blog posts, case studies, and industry perspectives.
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and continuously test, measure, and optimize impact.
  • Use performance insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and GTM execution.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, sales, or product-related roles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and to communicate these effectively to technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with  Agile software development teams & cross function partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality across positioning, content development, research, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to make informed, data-backed decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
