For the Senior Product Marketing Manager role, the position would focus on driving our go-to-market success by crafting compelling messaging, enabling our sales teams, and supporting our channel and partnership initiatives. They will thrive at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and sales impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Messaging & Positioning – Develop and refine differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audiences, clearly articulating Convoso’s value proposition across outbound sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Sales Enablement – Empower our sales team with compelling content, playbooks, and training that drive better conversations and conversions. Create pitch decks, competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, and demo flows.
  • Channel & Partnership Marketing Support – Collaborate with our channel and partner teams to craft go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing materials, and enablement resources that drive adoption and revenue through indirect sales.
  • Customer Insights & Competitive Intelligence – Gather market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape our positioning and GTM strategy. Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine our ICP and key buyer personas.
  • Content & Campaign Development – Collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, and digital teams to produce high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Product Launches & GTM Execution – Lead cross-functional launches for new features and products, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 total years experience required; 
    • Must have at least 5 years in a product marketing or product management role in a SaaS or tech company 
    • An 1-2 additional years in a sales enablement or channel marketing role
  • Experience in SaaS; contact center, CX or AI experience is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Self-starter who manages tasks, deadlines, and schedules independently
  • Bring a sense of the creative to thinking and problem solving
  • Think about the bigger picture, yet attentive to details and deadlines 
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Passionate about learning and challenging yourself to improve 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced work environment
  • Collaborative team player, ready to work and think independently

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $135,000 - $145,000

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
