LogicMonitor is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver a core area of LogicMonitor’s hybrid observability platform. You will develop a deep understanding of customer operational challenges, evolving infrastructure architectures, and competitive dynamics, translating those insights into a clear prioritized roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and other Product Managers to deliver differentiated hybrid monitoring capabilities that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Establish roadmap and drive execution of hybrid monitoring and observability, spanning:
- On-prem infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Define how hybrid coverage works together, including correlation, topology, alerting, workflows, and cross-environment insights.
- Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer environments and operational models across hybrid and traditional architectures.
- Engage directly with customers to validate use cases, uncover pain points, and inform prioritization.
- Track competitive trends and differentiation in the hybrid observability market.
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable hybrid monitoring solutions.
- Drive roadmap transparency and alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Lead cross-functional execution without authority, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, positioning, and enablement.
- Support go-to-market programs that drive adoption, utilization, and expansion of hybrid observability capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for hybrid, cloud, and Kubernetes monitoring in internal and external discussions.
- Define and track KPIs for your product area, including adoption, usage, reliability, and customer impact.
- Ensure alerting and workflows scale effectively across heterogeneous environments.
- Contribute to improving product management practices and standards across LogicMonitor.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the LogicMonitor product suite, including the ability to demo functionality beyond your direct area of ownership.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for your dedicated product focus areas, providing deep insights and guidance.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your area, ensuring transparency by updating and communicating it across the company.
- Define, evaluate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your product areas.
- Formulate and articulate a clear vision for your area by leveraging competitive intelligence, key business drivers, and industry trends.
- Communicate execution plans and progress effectively to all stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap goals, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Establish and refine policies and procedures to help the Product Team at LogicMonitor set a new standard of excellence.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits.
