About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join Transcend and oversee our Consent Management product - driving product strategy and vision. Consent Management is a core component of Transcend’s privacy management platform which includes Consent Management, Airgap, and Privacy Center. This position is an individual contributor (IC) role; with no direct people management responsibilities.
This role demands a blend of expertise in privacy regulations, a keen understanding of customer experience and a strategic mindset for product positioning and market differentiation. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex regulatory insights into coherent product strategies that align with user needs, business objectives, and privacy regulations while also identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in the market.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Consent Management suite.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement in consent management.
- Own key quantitative product success metrics, such as feature adoption rates, customer satisfaction scores, and consent opt-in/opt-out rates and trends.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business objectives with technical constraints.
- Delve into the details of consent collection, privacy banners and centers, and privacy policy management across mobile and web interfaces.
- Create user experiences which are delightfully simple for classifying and managing user consent.
- Create products that customers love and are aligned with Transcend’s business goals.
- Influence cross-functional priorities by aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders around a common Consent Management vision and roadmap.
- Proactively communicate roadmap and product functionality to the rest of the business—particularly to non-technical counterparts on go-to-market teams.
- Regularly engage with enterprise customers, prospects, and industry analysts to gather insights, validate roadmap decisions, and position Transcend as a thought leader in privacy and consent best practices.
- Work with the Customer Experience team and our customers directly to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Define and measure outcomes that tie product adoption and consent accuracy improvements to customer value and revenue impact.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering, prioritization, acceptance criteria and product development, ensuring timely and high quality releases.
- Present product strategies and plans to senior management and stakeholders.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have deep knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CPRA, etc.) and consent management best practices.
- You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B or privacy-focused products.
- You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- You have excellent leadership, writing, and communication skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- You are passionate about privacy and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

For this role, the estimated annual total salary ranges are below. The actual annual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The listed range below is a guideline, and the annual total salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive health benefits, equity, and perks in addition to cash compensation.
