Our opportunity:
We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the development and success of next-generation AI Agent initiatives within our Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform. This role will be central to defining, building, and bringing to market new capabilities at the leading edge of technology.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the emerging AI Agent and Generative AI landscape, combined with the ability to translate customer challenges in enterprise operations into actionable solutions. You will collaborate daily with engineering, UX, go-to-market teams, and customers to ensure impactful outcomes.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for early-stage AI Agent initiatives—from concept to pilot, general availability, and beyond.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with broader product goals and business priorities.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, go-to-market, field teams, and customers to deliver high-impact offerings in an agile environment.
  • Translate complex customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies into precise, actionable product requirements.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to validate solutions and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
  • Serve as the internal and external champion for AI Agent initiatives, driving product visibility, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by collaborating with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to define success metrics, prioritize features, and communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.
  • Clearly articulate the product vision and business impact to executives, analysts, and other stakeholders.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, software, AI, or related technology fields.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering innovative, AI-powered software products.
  • Direct experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, and search technologies.
  • Hands-on approach to exploring and building with emerging AI and agent-based technologies.
  • Background in enterprise software and automation platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive product, translating technical concepts into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide product decisions and measure success.
  • Proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, sales, and marketing.
  • Experience communicating effectively with customers and executives in high-stakes environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
