About the Role

High-level…

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Senior Product Manager, possessing proven business acumen and technical/technology expertise to join our growing Product team. You will be working on platforms for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.

Down in the weeds…

  • Own one or more of our platforms, managing the prioritization and delivery of milestones and features by a dedicated team
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the restaurant and restaurant technology space
  • Refine the product roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering leadership, and in consultation with design/user experience, data science, sales, account management, and other stakeholders
  • Own the product backlog and align to the roadmap, writing and prioritizing user stories for the team
  • Serve as product owner and scrum master for the platform team
  • Actively engage stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and risks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a product manager/product owner on a cross-functional team developing restaurant or e-commerce applications on a SaaS platform
  • Hands on experience in the development and successful launch of new products and features in SCRUM/Agile environments
  • Knowledgeable, and hands-on expertise in:
    • Execution of product deliverables
    • Business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development processes, and software testing
    • Writing and publishing release notes and product feature documentation
    • Coordinating and managing enterprise scale SaaS based software solutions
    • Documenting current and future state business process flows
    • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience building and launching SaaS platforms required
  • Prior experience building admin interfaces and consumer APIs a strong plus
  • Demonstrable strategic and operational business acumen
  • Demonstrable broad and deep technical/technology knowledge and expertise
  • Demonstrable knowledge of user experience and interaction design best practices
  • Customer focused with high quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organization skills required
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working in or with SaaS based, restaurant technology providers
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of work
  • Ability to travel as business needs demand
  • Located in the United States

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary ranges $100,000 - $140,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits. Additional health benefits include Healthcare and Dependent Care reimbursement programs, Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) and Optum Care 24-hour confidential medical counseling services.
  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
  • Retirement: Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
