Job Duties: Support new product development projects and novel commercial strategies of core technology. Work with the Upstream Marketing Director to guide the direction of programs by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); exploring unmet needs and market opportunities; and collaborating with R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales training, clinical, operations, manufacturing, and sales teams. Work with the commercial organization to roll out strategic programs. Partner with Upstream Marketing Director to guide the portfolio strategy for core technology new product development programs. Partner with R&D, clinical, and commercial to understand the potential applications for core technology. Lead market research to understand behaviors, identify opportunities and unmet needs, and value market opportunities. Assess the competitive and clinical environment to determine appropriate development priorities for the organization. Plan Advisory Boards to facilitate customer focus groups and gather physician feedback. Acquire and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, third party market research, and internal stakeholders to inform product development and develop investment thesis. Communicate customer input to the technical development team. Champion product development activities across multiple internal and external groups by collaborating with and influencing operations, regulatory, clinical, quality, sales, sales training, medical affairs, etc. Partner with the commercial team to explore new strategic opportunities for core technology. Perform financial modeling / forecasting for new product opportunities.

Up to 40% domestic and international travel required.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Product Manager, Upstream Marketing-related occupation.

Position requires experience with:

1. Professional marketing/product management in a medical device environment;

2. Clinical applications, community trends, and the segments targeted by assigned products;

3. Modifying strategies and tactics based on voice of customer and emerging trends;

4. Developing sales strategy for cardiovascular medical devices including new product launches;

5. Partnering with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical, operations and commercial to develop potential application of products; and

6. Marketing management, interacting with, selling to, and gaining input from global customers and partners.

•     Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

•     Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

•     Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

•     Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

•     Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

•     Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

•     Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

•     Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

•     Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
