Sr. Product Manager, Self-Service AI Agent

As Sr. Product Manager you will be responsible for driving product initiatives and roadmap for enterprise grade agentic conversational self-service product to help customers unlock value through Gen AI powered automation. You will be part of a global Product Management team and report to the Director of Product Management, Real-Time Solutions. 

 

Position location: Palo Alto, CA, USA 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Be a thought leader internally on Agentic GenAI conversational AI platforms and tools. Continuously research and keep yourself and your stakeholders up to date on new technological trends in this space.  

  • Build demo and POCs on agentic conversational AI platforms to demonstrate key capability and differentiation 

  • Be a hands-on UAT tester to be a proxy for users who use our platform to build conversational AI agent workflows. Oversee product literature and demos. 

  • Define requirements in the form of PRDs, User stories and Product acceptance criteria documents to be used during PDLC. 

  • Run and drive scrum meetings, weekly and daily standups as appropriate to ensure on time and high-quality delivery of features and product capabilities.  

  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the U-Selfserve product and help define short and long-term roadmap. 

  • Drive product innovation and differentiation by collaborating effectively with the technology teams. 

  • Maintain prioritized backlog for your area with strong justification aligned to the overall product strategy and organizational goals.  

  • Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story for your product. 

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and leverage that to drive alignment with the leadership for roadmap changes.  

  • Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners. 

  • Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media. 

  • Perform COGs analysis of building new features and work with stakeholders to continually optimize costs to maximize profitability. 

 

Required Skills / Experience 

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience in delivering complex enterprise SaaS products with strong technology acumen to lead product innovation. 

  • Experience in Technical Product Management for LLM-based AI solutions and/or speech/conversation analytics products 

  • Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG, and their application in building conversational AI Agent applications. 

  • Good understanding of speech technologies (such as ASR / TTS) and telephony (voice over IP, PSTN) used in real time voice communications. 

  • Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for automation through conversational self-service for enterprise customers with be a plus. 

  • Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization. 

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and be able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with modern visual conversational dialog management tools   

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market needs and trends into innovative product solutions. 

  • Proven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.  

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. 

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders & executives. 

  • Constantly staying updated on advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to evolving product strategies. Ability to think deeply and tracking the market leading tools and technologies to build automation through conversational AI Agents. 

  • Highly collaborative, skilled in building strong relationships across key stakeholders. 

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science/IT Engineering or related fields. MBA preferred. 

 


 


Hiring Range:

$186,900 - $257,000 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
