Job Description

The Sr. Product Manager, Operations & Automation is a data-driven product manager with proven digital experience to drive our Customer Care and Offers, Monetization, and Configuration Systems automation initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director, Product, this role will be responsible for execution and optimization of our automation systems, workflows, and overall personalization experiences. Specifically this includes customer response processing, and refining the new user offers backend systems. You will help our OTT channels develop and pursue, business opportunities that support our incremental revenue and margin growth through internal development, inter-company and 3rd party vendor relationships. This role will be a blend of backend systems and frontend UI product ownership where the ability to support internal and external teams will be vital to success.
This person will help boost STARZ OTT engagement and service optimization efforts, working closely with our programming, customer care, and product/engineering teams to plan out and maximize impact of feature automation projects that we run. The role requires a commitment to action-oriented analysis, the ability to take vague requirements and shape them into a detailed project plan and an attitude that anything is possible.
You will have extensive experience with value additive workflows. You will relentlessly innovate on behalf of internal and external customers, and actively participate in a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Devise, launch, test and optimize automation and workflow projects across domestic and international markets.
  • Drive the procurement and creation of tools that empower Customer Care, Programming, and Paid Acquisition teams to streamline their work/processes.
  • Enable effective management and promotion of cross platform offers via an automation platform
  • Surface and enable strategic partners who can help accelerate our growth.
  • Execute on an existing roadmap while prioritizing the most impactful features
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver products that deliver value additive experiences that decrease costs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand best practices in the OTT space and where STARZ fits in relative to competition.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering/product role preferably in the OTT space
  • Experience creating analytics reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with analytics and data platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, and/or Data Studio.
  • Experience working with teams across organization including engineering, design, and marketing
  • Desired experience with process flow and backend systems automation
  • Excel at juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines
  • Proven ability to set, measure, and iterate on KPIs and secondary metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AB/multivariate testing with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into insights and strategies
  • Obsessed with positive customer experience and accuracy across all touch points
  • Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and able to pivot readily based on real-time data
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude

Compensation
$145,000-$165,000
