Lead mobile products at PushPress, enhancing consumer engagement through game mechanics while managing the Member App, Staff App, and Screens.
About PushPress
PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.
We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.
We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.
We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead all mobile products across the PushPress ecosystem — Member App, Staff App, and Screens. This role combines the challenge of building best-in-class consumer experiences with the business impact of transforming how gyms engage and retain members. You'll apply game mechanics and behavioral psychology to create sticky, habit-forming products that drive real member loyalty and gym revenue.
Our mobile products touch hundreds of thousands of gym members daily. You'll reimagine how members track workouts, connect with their community, and stay motivated, while giving gym staff powerful tools to deliver exceptional experiences. This role is perfect for a consumer PM who understands how to build products people love to use every day.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire mobile product suite: Member App, Staff App, and in-gym Screens
- Apply game mechanics, rewards systems, and behavioral triggers to drive member engagement
- Design consumer-grade experiences that make fitness engaging and social
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship features that members use daily
- Build features that help gyms increase member lifetime value through engagement
- Define mobile product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in product management with mobile-first consumer products
- Deep experience with game mechanics, loyalty programs, or consumer engagement systems
- Track record shipping iOS and Android apps with millions of users
- Data-driven approach to retention, engagement, and monetization
- Strong design sense and obsession with delightful user experiences
- Understanding of fitness, wellness, or community-driven products
- Bonus: experience with social features, gamification, or habit-forming products
